We Make it Happen for You!

Meet Anne & Billy

With over 40 years of combined real estate experience in helping folks relocate to the Triangle area, where the world renowned  Research Triangle Park (RTP) is located, both Anne and Billy  are confident in Knowing Their Way Around Triangle  Neighborhoods.

Experience Counts! Anne Parker and Son Billy Parker began their  real estate careers in 1984. Both have gained varied experience  and have remained in the business full time.

Anne Parker, prior to Triangle Home Showcase, REALTORS,  worked in residential real estate with three of the Triangle's leading  real estate companies. Experience with developers gave Anne training and knowledge in planning and marketing new-home subdivisions.

William (Billy) Parker received a business degree from East Carolina University with emphasis on Real Estate and Finance. Upon graduation, he worked in residential sales. Then Billy later went into Real Estate Appraising. Billy has five years experience with one of Wake County's foremost appraisal firms. He joined Triangle Home Showcase, REALTORS, as a Sales Associate in 1993.

The Triangle Home Showcase, REALTORS, company was founded in 1989 on the principle of being Service oriented. "Personalized Service," rather than numbers and volume being the focus. The primary goal of our consulting service is to ensure that your basic, essential real estate visions are realized. Helping you with meeting your personal needs and unique preferences is the focus in our approach.

Each new client is our opportunity to develop a
Strong, lasting relationship through confidence and trust.

A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO HOME BUYERS: You are buying a home for two basic reasons: First is for a nice place to live and enjoy; secondly, you should be very careful that the home you are buying will be as good an investment as is reasonably possible. Your home buying experience can be interesting and exciting, and it will probably be your biggest single investment for a very long time.  But it can also be a very stressful experience - full of doubt and uncertainties. The more knowledge you gather from the information we have assembled here, however, the more wisdom you will have in making your home buying journey one that is smooth and stress-free.  Let an agent you trust help you in making informed choices.

Please click on the WELCOME BUYERS button and then go to the 'BUYERS TIPS - Our Best Advice for Buyers' link. Read 'How We Work With Buyers' In a Question and Answer format, this personally written article informs you of our work ethics and philosophy . You will discover considerations as to how and why just the right Realtor will, no doubt, make a lot more difference than you may ever have thought of before.

A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO HOME SELLERS: Selling a home can be a very daunting challenge. With the marketing process and all the other challenges, you wouldn't be human if, at times before it's over, you didn't want to throw up your hands in exasperation. Many decisions will be demanded of you and the more informed you are, the less stressful your choices will be.  That's why we are here. Realtors are trained to carry you over all the hurdles and professionally get the job done. The guidelines and laws are constantly changing and it's our responsibility to keep an advantageous edge.  That's what we do, so you don't have to.

Please click on the WELCOME SELLERS button and then go to the 'SELLERS TIPS - Our Best Advice for Sellers' link.  Read 'How We Work With Sellers.' This personally written article is in a Question and Answer format. The hope is to impress you with how having a seasoned, knowledgeable agent with good work ethics can make a world of difference in many important ways.

The first difference is insightfully advising you about getting your home in good marketable condition - which expenditures will make a difference in marketability and other expenditures that won't make a difference, so save your money.  Second, and certainly most important to you, is helping you set the highest obtainable price.  Next is to guarantee as smooth a transaction as possible in terms of having one of your biggest assets skillfully and professionally marketed and sold.  Finally, and again very important to you, is to professionally get the job done in as short a time span as possible.

TRIANGLE AND N.C. LINKS OF INTEREST:  A wealth of information is provided on this page.  Whether you are a local resident or looking into relocating to this area don't miss our Links of Interest page.  It is chock full of informative links such as the Chambers of Commerce for the cities of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill as well as most of the smaller towns surrounding towns.  Also you will find links relating to  North Carolina Tourisim, North Carolina Government and North Carolina Schools.  The County Government Public Records for the counties of Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston and Franklin are all there.

The Parker Home in Historic Oakwood
This home stands on the corner of Oakwood Avenue and Person Street.  It was built by Billy Parker's Great-Grandfather in the neighborhood of  what is now known as
"Historic Oakwood."
Great-Great Grandfather Parker and his family
were one of the first five settlers in the City of Raleigh.
This home in Oakwood was restored in
recent years and at Christmas time it is on the
"Historical Tour."

Cowper Drive in Hayes Barton
Built by Grandfather Linus Parker
On Cowper Drive near Five Points, this was  the  home of Billy's Grandparents,
Linus and Mae Dodd  Parker and
their family of two boys and two girls.
Billy's grandmother once told me that, in planning and building this home, her
husband , a prominent cotton merchant,
had actually been a Visionary
She said that back in those days the
location of the home was considered
"way out in the woods."
Mrs. Parker told me that theirs was the
very first home to be built in that remote
area - a place that became known as
"Hayes Barton."
